Consultations are available to give you the time and space to discuss your concerns, explore suitable treatment options, and fully understand the associated risks and benefits. We reserve dedicated appointment slots specifically for clients following their consultation. Please note, failure to attend without prior notice or late cancellation may result in us being unable to offer a further consultation. This is non transferable or refundable . Please only book if you can attend
Cancellation Policy
48 Hours notice is required to cancel or amend a booking. If you do not show to your appointment without notice - you will not be able to rebook. IF you cancel/reschedule the day of your appointment- your deposit will be lost .
